It’s taken us some time to get here; from meeting in Belfast International Airport, to a Hawaiian proposal, many Field Marshal wins, one Shotts and Dykehead win, and some other life changes along the way. We want our wedding to be a day of celebration with our closest friends and family. Bring your dancing shoes, leave your inhibitions at the door, and join us!

Our first holiday
Our first holiday back to Mike’s stomping ground – Calgary in Canada! A slight mishap meant that Mike arrived a few days late … more on that story at the wedding!

A Sunday stroll turned into hill walking in some serious winds. A memorable day out and Mike was getting the feeling that Ali might be ‘the one’!

Ali’s second World Pipe Band Championship title, and two in a row! For Mike this marked his fifth World’s title, and the second of four in a row …

Last minute wedding trip to California
One of Mike’s oldest friends, best man Don, broke the news that he was getting married in Palm Springs. It was a difficult decision, but you’ve gotta do, what you’ve gotta do! 😉

A Fitzgilmour Christmas!
The Fitzhenrys travelled to the UK to spend the holidays with the future other half of the family in Paisley and then Pitlochry. We also managed a quick trip to one of our favourite places – Berlin!

Ali wins the Worlds!! (Mike is really really happy for her)
Never one to be outdone, Ali rips the six in a row dream from Mike’s cold, dead hands. Well … not really – Shotts just blew the rest of the competition away!
